OUR STORY

Founded in 2023, Football Evolution Training (FET) was created and is managed by Giovanni Alvarado and Djordje Djordjevic who have had the privilege of learning from top soccer coaches and playing in many teams in the Midsouth. 

It is for the love of the game and being able to help youth players evolve that Football Evolution Training was created.

Overall, our mission is to provide players with an environment that allows them to learn, be challenged, improve and most importantly enjoy their soccer experience!  

We improve the development of players through our private 1-on-1 and small group sessions.. We put a high emphasis on developing the verbal and non verbal communication for example scanning better, being more vocal, body orientation, etc. Based on the communication presented in the game, players need to make a decision whether is passing, dribbling, shooting etc. With our group training, we put our players in soccer game-like situations to develop their game insight/decision making. Once a player has made their decision on which soccer action to use, he or she needs to execute their decision which is the other key area that we focus on in our small group and 1-on-1. This is where we focus on the technique to execute soccer actions like passing, shooting, dribbling, heading, etc. In summary, our training will help a player to scan better (Communication), make better decisions (Decision Making) and finally executing their decision with good technique (Execution).
